One of the best places to look for information about your order is under order history, which can be found under my account. There, you will be able to view all information regarding all of your orders, including the full invoice for the order(s). If you have questions about your order, look here first. It's the same information we have available to us.
BACKORDERS:
If you are looking at your order history and notice "NOT SHIPPED :: BACKORDERED" under the SHIPPED column, that means your order is on backorder. If you look at the invoice, you will actually see what day your order was placed on backorder. If we placed your order on backorder, we were out of stock on something in your order. We ALWAYS email you letting you know about this, and ask you what we should do with the order. If you didn't receive an email, you may have entered an incorrect email address, or there may have been an error sending the email. Either way, get in touch with us and we'll figure out what we should do with the order.
